Day 0: Bloodwork

Total testosterone, free testosterone, SHBG, estradiol, DHEA-S, fasting insulin, vitamin D, ferritin. £80-120 at most UK private labs. Without bloodwork you cannot evaluate effect.

Days 1-30: Run The Stampede

ANABULL-IC PRIME with breakfast. VASC-U-BULL pre-training. INVINCI-BULL with dinner. Same time daily. Don't skip.

Sleep & training non-negotiables

7-9 hours sleep. 3+ resistance training sessions per week. Adequate protein (0.8g per lb bodyweight). Without these the supplement layer cannot do its job.

Days 30-90: Continue

Most users report subjective changes by week 2-4. Bloodwork-confirmable changes typically by week 8-12.

Day 90: Re-test

Same panel. Compare. If response is meaningful, continue cycling: 8-12 weeks on, 4 weeks off, repeat.
